Wedding Photography Best of 2024
Welcome to this year-end blog post where I proudly present some of my favourite wedding images captured in 2024. These moments reflect not just the beauty of the weddings, but also the joy and love shared on those special days. Enjoy!
Thank You
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the wonderful couples I had the pleasure of working for in 2024. Your love stories are truly inspiring and I feel so honored to have been a part of your special day.
Thanks for making this year so awesome!
Cotswold House Wedding Photographer
This enchanting portrait of the bride and groom, captured from above as they descend the spiral staircase, beautifully embodies the love and magic of Vicky and Tim’s wedding at Cotswold House in Chipping Campden.
My Style
I absolutely love being part of the beautiful chaos that unfolds at a wedding! It’s such a joy to capture all the mix of emotions, laughter, and fun that comes with your big day. From the stress to the unforgettable moments, I’m here to document it all and lend a hand when required!
Mickleton Hills Farm Wedding Photographer
This image provides a different perspective of the evening wedding celebrations during Dave and Hayley’s wedding at Mickleton Hills Farm. It showcases a technically challenging shot that combines ambient outdoor light with studio lighting used indoors to brighten the barn.
My Regular Wedding Venues
So my regular wedding venues include: Alveston Manor, Arden Hotel, Billesley Manor, Chesford Grange, Crown Plaza, Ettington Park, Walton Hall, Welcombe Hotel, and Wootton Park.
Alveston Manor Wedding
Congratulations to Hayley and Josh on their wedding at Macdonald Alveston Manor. This beautiful portrait was taken in the rear gardens, under the large old Cedar Tree.
New Venues For Me
Although I have been shooting weddings and events for over 20 years now I still get to work in many wedding venus for the first time. These include Blackwell Grange Wedding, Castle Bromwich Hotel, Cotswold House, Hellidon Lakes Hotel, Kings Court Hotel, Manor Hill House, Mickleton Hills Farm, Nailcote Hall, Moor Hall, Bromsgrove Hall etc.

This stunning bridal portrait photo of Daisy & Max was taken during sunset, utilizing a combination of ambient light and my signature off-camera flash technique. BLOG
Not Always Technically Perfect
While some images may not meet technical perfection, they can still powerfully capture a moment. Photographers often encounter challenges like poor lighting, compositional difficulties, and unexpected situations, as well as the occasional wrong camera settings. Embracing these imperfections can lead to remarkable photographs, reminding us that the essence of a great photo lies in the emotion and story it conveys, rather than just technical precision.
Alveston Manor Wedding
I grabbed this staged photo of Beth looking out of the window just before she walked down the aisle.

Respect Your Privacy
This year (2024), I’ve noticed that many couples are understandably concerned about their privacy and have requested that their images remain off social media. I completely empathize with their wishes. While it’s disheartening for me not to share some of my favourite photos and demonstrate my skills, I wholeheartedly respect their desire for privacy. It’s important to honour each couple’s unique needs and preferences during this special time in their lives.
Billesley Manor Wedding Photographer
I had great fun creating this Champagne Spray Photo at Simeon & Leonie’s wedding.
Challenging Times
The wedding photography industry has faced significant challenges in recovering from the impact of COVID-19, and many photographers, including myself, are still experiencing fewer bookings. Let’s hope it starts to pick up again soon in 2025.

Another great photo of Daisy & Max kissing in a cornfield.
Pre-Wedding Shoot
A pre-wedding shoot, also known as an engagement shoot, is a fantastic opportunity to get some beautiful and romantic pictures of you and your partner well before your wedding day.

Corporate Event Photography.
Many people may not realise that I specialise in corporate event photography. This work often involves challenging lighting conditions, which has helped me develop strong low-light photography skills. I focus on capturing Long Service awards ceremonies, trade shows, and product launches. If you’re looking to have your event photographed, please feel free to reach out!
PS: the images below are shown in a random order, so there’s no particular sequence to them. Enjoy!
