From the Motor Trade to the Lens: A Lifetime Behind the Wheel
Before I picked up a camera full-time, I spent nearly 20 years in the motor trade. I worked with the best – BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and more – honing my skills in precision and perfection. I even helped set up and run an approved BMW Bodyshop, where I learned to spot every flaw, every gleam, and every detail that makes a car iconic.
That background isn’t just trivia; it’s the foundation of my photography. I don’t just snap pictures – I capture the engineering artistry you’ve poured your heart into. Whether it’s the chrome accents on a ’67 Shelby or the raw power of a custom dragster, my keen eye ensures nothing is overlooked.
Dragstrip Days at Shakespeare County Raceway
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to serve as one of the approved photographers at Shakespeare County Raceway. Years of being trackside, dodging the roar of nitro-fueled dragsters and high-performance sports cars, have given me an insider’s edge. I know how these beasts move, how they shine under pressure, and how to freeze that adrenaline in a single frame.
From burnout smoke clouds to quarter-mile blurs, I’ve documented it all. That experience means I can handle the chaos – and turn it into clean, captivating images that tell your car’s story.
