My day began by meeting the excited bride-to-be Ella at the Warwick Arms to take some bridal prep photos.
It was now time to head over to the Lord Leycester Hospital where Ella and Carl had chosen to celebrate their wedding.
The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that the wedding ceremony and formalities went off without any problems.
The venue’s beautiful gardens were breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for the couple’s special day. Despite the weather not being ideal, with scattered showers throughout the day, we still managed to take some fun relaxed photos that perfectly captured the joy and love that Ella and Carl shared on their wedding day. In fact, the rain added an extra touch of romance to the occasion, with the gardens glistening in the wet weather.
Once we had exhausted all photo possibilities it was time for a break. We all headed over to The Court House Warwick for a top-notch wedding breakfast.
I had the pleasure of spending six wonderful hours with Ella Carl, capturing the beautiful moments of their wedding day through my lens. Watching them exchange their vows, share their first kiss as a married couple, and dance together as husband and wife was truly a joyous experience.
Despite the time constraint, we managed to capture all the essential moments of their big day. I ensured that every photo was a perfect reflection of their love and happiness.
As the day drew to a close, we all gathered to witness the cutting of the cake, which was followed by their first dance as a married couple. It was a magical moment, and I felt honoured to be a part of their special day.

The Lord Leycester Hospital
This Grade I listed building is an exceptional example of well-preserved medieval courtyard architecture dating back to 1126.
The Lord Leycester Hospital, situated in Warwick, is an enchanting and historic building that boasts one of the finest examples of medieval courtyard architecture in all of England. The Hospital, which is a charity supporting ex-servicemen, is a well-preserved marvel that takes visitors on a journey back in time. From its stunning architecture to its rich history, it is a true gem of English heritage.
The Guild Hall, Great Hall, and Master’s House were built in the late 15th century. Throughout the centuries, these ancient structures and the 500-year-old gardens have been admired by many notable visitors, including Charles Dickens and Oscar Wilde, as well as by Kings and Queens like King George V and the Queen Mother.
