I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the wonderful couples I had the pleasure of working with in 2023. Your love stories are truly inspiring and I feel so honored to have been a part of your special day.

Looking back through the weddings I have photographed is always a joy for me as it reminds me of the precious moments I have had the honour of documenting.

This year has been particularly special as I have seen a lot of love, laughter and emotions, which was a delight to witness especially after the last couple of years.

Creating a round-up of the year’s best images also reminds me of how blessed I am to have this job. I feel fortunate to meet all the lovely couples whom I photograph, along with their families and friends. Everyone has been warm, caring, and genuinely awesome.

This year has also shown me how I am evolving as a photographer. It is through this process that I get a clear sense of the direction I am heading and the things that matter the most to me when documenting my couples. Even though every year feels different, and every shot feels distinct, I continue to find that the moments that truly matter to me are those that capture pure love and joy. The images that show families being forged together into something new and bigger are always the ones that I feel the strongest connection to.

Picking out the best pictures from a bunch is always hard, and it was no exception this year. But after some serious head-scratching, I’ve finally chosen my favourites. So without any further delay, here are some of my favourite wedding photos from 2023!
